How to make a Reservation
You can book your journey six months before your arrival.
For example : Resevation for 10th Aug, it is possible to make confirmation from 10 th Feb.
- Please, send us an e-mail with all the required information: date of arrival, number of guests and the length of your stay.
- We will keep you inform about availabilities.
- Please send us a confirmation email.
Once we have received your confirmation, we will send you a “reservation voucher”.
Please bring it for the check in.
We will do our best to answer your inquiry within two business days. In the case you could not contact us, it could be due to technical issues. In that case, please try again.
Caution
The Reservation will be established as soon as we will send you the reservation voucher.Cancellation policy: To cancel, please contact us by e-mail, fax or phone, three days prior to your arrival.
After this period, you will incur a charge of 25% of overall journey. Cancellation without further notice will incur a charge of 100% of overall journey.
